Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am married for 5 years.my huusband stay in muscat with his 1st wife n children.i stay in india.inspite of requesting him to settle in india,he doesnt take it seroiusly.i hv a strong doubt that he is pretty happy with his family there.He had purchased a flat in pune n my name is as a co applicant in the agreement of the said flat.My question is tht should i divorce him n can i claim for the flat. thanks.

Dear client u can claim share in flat. Make all property entries in yr name. U can ask divorce on the ground of desertion. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
