Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i am married.i have 4 children out of which 2 are more than 7 year and 2 are less than 7 year.my wife has been gone to her parents.she is not commited to live with me.i have tried many times to solve the problem but in vain.pls guide me about the childred.what will be the childred.pls guide according to law.
