Legal Question in Family Law in India

I want to marry my cousin brother's widow wife & she got two children. My cousin brother die year ago. I am legally allowed to marry as per Hindu Indian law. I have one more question regarding property . My cousin brothers father & my father have a joint property . After I marry my cousins brother wife she can get her previous husband share ? & I can get my share from my father side ? My question is after we both marry we have a legally two share but I want to know legally we can claim both share or not. I want to let you know that I am Australian citizen ( Indian born ) & my widow sister in law is Indian citizen so is that any problem for visas or not please advise that too. This marriage is hide from my family because I love her & very attached with her. She has a same fillings for me.

I have already advised that you can marry her but as far as the property matter is concerned, i need to go through relevant documents and there would be other legal queries and legal research need be carried on to answer the same.

1) This question was replied elsewhere on different forum.

2) If it is prohibited degree as per custom in ur area and community, then illegal.

3) Visa query to be separately examined in the light of australia visa rules.
