Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am going to marry with a delhi girl. Reception n dinner are taking place at my village. All expenses related to dinner is done by me in cash. Girls father is giving their share through ac payee cheqeu.
Is it risky for me, i mean if in future they claim this amount as dowry taken by me. How could i defend myself.?

why do people thinks such negative? why will he do so? if your intention is not bad then nothing will be wrong.
