Legal Question in Family Law in India

Matrimonial dispute Respected sir... I m in a big trouble ...i gt married three years back...everythng ws good between me and my husband ...but my mother in law is so dominating that no one utter a single word in front of her..if shez wrong then also my in laws vl say she is right inspite of knwng dat shez wrong ...and aftr three years m blessed wid a baby boy...but aftr baby my parents didnt gv much money to my in laws due to this she gt frustrated and started torturing me more...and also peeps my husband ears by saying wrong about me...now he is also wid her ...my father in law is helpess...now dey dnt want me and baby to reside dere...She is making my and my sons life hell ...from last 7 mnths i m trying that plz take me back...dey r saying no..no means no...sir wht can i do legally to go dat home...???? I hv complained in a police station dere also dey r not coming neither attending our calls so what can I do
