Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Mera case family court daska mein hai, mere waleek ne muje 1 saal mein ghareeb krdiya hai fees de de k ab mein apni beti ka kharcha bhi nahi de sakta jo 1500 se rs 3000 kr diya hai. Ab mere warrnts bhi issue ho gye hain kya results nikle ga? kitni saza ho sakti hai?
