Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am M.Kathiravan, I married at Sep 1998 and I got 2 childs, wife work as government school teacher, at Sep 2012 she apply divorce (as I am exparty) she accept and signed and got divorce in court.at 11;30 am. After that the same day evening 5;30 pm she refused, and after few days she with drawn the case. On the day of divorce acceptance, at the time of 1;00 pm I got married my second wife, ,,,, Is it my second marriage is legal ! what is the legal support to my second marriage. From the Dec 2011 I have live alone.now I live with my second wife.

if court pass the decree of divorce and said x party order has not been set aside then ur marriage is valid
