Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

if the mother is given guardianship by court and permission to go abroad in 2013. is there any need of getting the permission again in 2015

Dear it depends on court orders if the order was conditional for sepicific permission then we need to agian permission .

If the order was unconditional then no need for further permission.
