Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am a mother of 2 kids boy- 8 years old and daughter- 7 years old. My husband and I were going through a mutual consent divorce (Hindu Marriage Act) 3 years back but he ran abroad without even fulfilling the formalities. I dont know where he or his family is i have been searching them everywhere. That petition stated that I could get the custody of both my kids, now as the divorce formalities are not completed how can I get the complete custody of my kids. I would be highly obliged if you could help me in this situation.
