Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello, my mother left a will mentioning that her house when sold, the share shall be equally divided among 6 of her children(3 sons and 3 married daughters). Sons live in the same house and now after my mother's death plan to sell the house without informing the daughters and enjoy the benefits. As a daughter I want my claim which my mother left for all children equally. Kindly guide.

Immediately file a suit for partition and injunction. It is very important to get the stay on sale. Once sold, it would be very difficult for you to claim your share.
