Legal Question in Family Law in India

muslim marriage act verses child marriage act :: Indian democracy gives the power to exercise the belief and religion to every citizenship. M a muslim and shariat ( religious code ) is part of our life . Should I adhere to secular laws above religion. wanted to put a petition in court about marriage issues. specially age of marriage . shariat puts age of puberty as age of marriage , but secular law condemns it ( even if its not void ) . If my minor wife ( say 15) marriage nikhanama can be accepted for any purpose , if convicted what are the chances of winning the case from my side. nikhanama documents are available dually signed by qaazi.
