Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have mutually get separation on 100 rs stamp paper before notary with my wife, and we both have file pitation in court for divorce decree. now after 6 months she is not coming in court. on that mutual concern basis may i able to marry other girl. my wife and me both are Hindu. and from Gujarat only.

No you cannot marry till you get divorce.

So ask your lawyer, he will manage the things.

your marriage is still subsisting and your divorce on stamp paper is illegal.
