My Name is Ravi teja.

I'm a christian.

I'm from Andhra Pradesh, South India.

I'm an unemploye.

I married another christian girl.

The marriage was held at the local church.

It is an adults - arranged marriage.

Now- a days, we both are not having a healthy relationship in between us.

She voluntarily wants to leave me alone and wants to go to her Father's home.

I requested her to stay with me, and I did not ill-treated her.

I came to know from the media that, a husband need not to give Alimony to his wife who deserted him volunatrily.

Please mention me the ways to avoid alimony.

So, please guide me with your valuable suggestion.

Dear client first file case for restitution of conjugal rights petition and call her back to matrimonial house. If after court order she will not come file divorce against her. Hence u will get divorce and need not to pay her alimony. For any legal help calle on 9422611385 or 8446247807
