Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I did Nikkah by telephone 7years ago,my husband was married before,he divorced her wife and had a daughter who lives with his parents.He mentioned him as a bachelor in papers.He beats me and have a bad character,he sold all of my jewelry and other things,he scared me by many ways and i got brain disability and short time comas several times.Now he is settled in Saudi Arabia for 5 years but he do not come and do not take proper responsibilities of our rights.He have been blacklist twice cause of his bad character,betrayal and fraud.He do not allow me for any work and job for our basic needs.Since marriage my family took my and my son's responsibilities.He is abusing and annoying in routine and now wants more money from my parents.He is menacing me that he will kill me and get my son.What i should do now because i don't want to keep this relation more with me,i want my security and i want to keep my son with me.Please give me a suggestion.Thank u very much.

You can file a case for maintenance against your husband and court will compel him to observe his responsibilities. You can also seek help of the court to dissolve your marriage.
