on21/4/2014 my son married indian girl thru court marriage when he came india from usa for marriage.now because of diffrence of opinion & doubt re;affairs to other girl and so on my son is totally tired mentally that such a narrow minded girl will not be tolrate for his wife .what should we do for divorce?

You will have to opt for a divorce. The divorce will be by mutual consent (preferred) or your son can file it on various grounds. Pls consult a local lawyer.

If there is some misunderstanding it can be resolve by several means. Marriage is based upon faith and trust if it is not there no longer one can be together.
