Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

From Pakistan.

Wife of Mr A filed a divorce against him by making up false allegations of serious type (illegal relations with other woman , monetary demands etc). Mr A decided to contest in court on that charges were wrong.

One day before hearing of case ....wife of Mr A took withdrew the case voluntarily.

Mr A demanded from the wife to give a written apology and accepting that charges framed were wrong and legeal.

Wife agreed and wrote a written apology accepting that all charges (point by point) were wrong and were added to beef up the case.

What is the legal safeguard for Mr A ...now?

What should he do???

dear if your wife withdraw her case so I think there is no divorce between you so she s still your wife and she submitted apology . so accepts and remained as happy husband.
