My name is Payel Debnath(32yrs),I have a boy aged around 3.2yrs,My Husband is about 38 yrs old.We are separated about 3 yrs.I have filed case 498 A,Maintenance Case and he filed Child visitation right.So,all the cases are going on status.But now I am willing to get divorced.but he said that he gave me 50 lack and divorced but he need son back.So what will be the my next step to get divorced?But I need money also.As I have no job.

1) U hv to decide choose between the child and 50 lac.

2) Else court will decide based on welfare of the child and financial status of each parent.
