Legal Question in Family Law in India

The person is physically ill and since last few months has become mentally disordered.Can not draw monthly pension from bank.Has joint bank account with his only one son who lives in USA.Son is well known of this fact but is not coming and responding to the calls of his relatives who are sending messages to him.Son is yet to get Green card from USA.I am his one relative.All the relatives are deciding to send message to Indian consulate so that son's visa /Passport cancelled. How can the son be forced by Indian consulate to come back to India to take care of his parents to settle down the issue. His mother's condition is not well.

(1) section 125 (1) d of CRPC, Every parents have right of maintenance from their children.

(2) Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 also provide the liability of children.

So better if you file case under above sections and acts and court will call his child even forcefully.
