Legal Question in Family Law in India

if a person is private employee but has property on his fathers's name.can the same person's wife demand share in the property mentioned above. if yes than what percent. the person wants divorce his wife?

dear client wife cannot claim share in the property. she can claim share in the name of child if any. but she can claim maintenance or one time alimony from the husband. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
