hi, if a person had first wife and a son. then he got divorced 25 years ago. then he married second wife and has one son. person bought a property in the name of second wife. Question :
1. is first wife's son has right to this property in anyway?
2. can second wife give this property to his son legally with out permission of husband?
3. if second wife died, then who all will be the legal rights on this property?

if the property is in the name of second wife then it is hers and her son will have a share in the property. The first wife and her son will have no share.After the death of the second wife the property will be inherited by her husband and son.
