Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am planning on filing for a divorce from my husband. We got married on 08/06/2015 and both of us are Hindus. However, we did not go ahead with a Marriage registration, hence do not have a marriage certificate. Im not ready to live with him anymore since he has been verbally torchering me for the past 1 and a half months. He has cleverly provoked me and recorded my conversations spoken out of anger and is threatening me. He says that he had fixed a web camera to watch my activities. Is it legal ? Im very much hurt by his behaviours. My questions are:

1. Do we need to register our marriage before filing for divorce? We have a wedding card and wedding pictures - would that suffice as evidence of marriage?

2. How much time does in take for the divorce to come through?

3. What are the estimated expenses for a divorce proceeding -- incl Lawyer fee, Court fee etc? Is it better to go through an independent practicing lawyer or a Law firm?

Thanks for the help.

Dear client for asking divorce registration of marriage is not necessary. Yr marriage card and photos will establish yr marriage in court. Before completion of one year off marriage u cannot ask divorce. But u can file police complaint with women cell for dowry harassment under sec 498 a and domestic violence case. Every lawyer charges his own fees so charges varies from lawyer to lawyer. For any legal help call me
