Either you have been misguided or you have a wrong conception. Once a court of competent jurisdiction passes a decree, it would be effective in every other countries. There are certain conditions only upon which a foreign decree can be challenged in India. Whether those conditions are there in your case or not can be decided only after hearing from you. Therefore, dear client, there is no legal requirement of registration or validation.
