Legal Question in Family Law in India

My question is regarding child custody.

My sister died two years back. We file dowry murder case against her in laws. Still that case is going on. She left her two months old son. I am taking care that child from last two years. I want to adopt that child or want to become legal gurdian. Kindly suggest how can i adopt him. Father is now willing to give his adoption

You have to get a deed of adoption executed in your favour. If her father is willing, there is no problem. Call for more help.

This will depend on what religion you follow as the personal law of that religion will be applicable. Accordingly a deed of adoption and court orders are required.
