Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My question is, husband given divorce to wife on his mother pressure and written in divorce deed that child (5months old) is under Mother custody (kifalat), then never seen child ever nor asked about upbringing and not given any support (financial/moral). The child is now 6 years old and Father already married 3 years back and have now own son and family. Might he divorced second wife too (not sure).
question is:
Mother wants to file for child custody without involvement of husband. is this possible to get certificate?
chances of getting permanent custody of son for mother
mother is not marrying for child well-being and working since 10-11 years.
best possible way to get child custody without damaging child mind by asking to appear in court and to show him his father first time who might not come in court too.

Dear no need to file any case of custody as still no case from husband is pending..
But if someone advise you to file then probably husband will contest as without his name and party in case .court will not pass any order.
