Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My question is ...after Khula / Talaaq / Separation case if wife demand monthly children's maintenance much much more then husband monthly income like if husband income is Rs.15k a month and wife asking Rs.80k a month, and even she can't prove any income source of husband in court. [ Plz Note: Husband is the owner of house where he currently living and 1 other empty plot both properties he gets from his died parents inheritance both properties market worth of 85 lakhs but he is not getting any income or revenue with those properties ] ...So Court order him to pay monthly children's maintenance on his monthly income basis which is 15k ? ....OR Court Order him to sell his inheritance properties and pay monthly children's maintenance basis on wife over demanded monthly children's maintenance which is Rs.80k ?
