There is no procedure for registeration of divorce decree which may be valid per se for remarriage after expiry of limitation period for appeal.

in case you got divorced in any court in india, you can remarry anywhere in india. you only have to get your re marriage registered....thats all

Its so much of logic that marriage is an understanding for living together and performed in public and divorce is not an understanding but an order which could not be performed as a marriage.Thus marriages are to be registered to get notified by the govt.and divorces are decreed by the courts so they are deemed registered and notified.

Regarding remarriage it could be done only after the completion of time limit for making an appeal.

Registeration of divorce is not required. you may remarry anywhere after three months from the date of order of the court.
