In reply, I already mention my two FIR in my previous forum, which is over now, if that FIR help me in my case then I send details of FIR registered. The only fact is present situation, for me divorce is optional since I already living separately. & court doesn't force me to live in one roof. And I don't feel to remarry becoz I don't trust on step mother. My main motive is to teach a lesson to a women who give birth to daughter and run away from being a mother's and social responsibility. So what's the law says in that circumstance, how much probability of getting success.
