Legal Question in Family Law in India
Respected Sir,
I am facing some marital problems and due to lack of knowledge about my rights and exact procedure to follow up, I am not able to take any appropriate action. My problems are:
1) Husband imposing condition like i cannot pursue my job without his permission and his words are he will not be permit me to work throughout my life.
2)Bounding me to keep limited contacts with my parents
3)Indirect demand for dowry and stipened which i get from my research studies.
4)Husband and inlaws not allowing me to stay with them. Husband live with married sister. and blackmailing me by saying if I go there they will eat poision.
5)Also insisting that if I want to keep relation with him I have to follow my husband conditions like leaving job for lifetime, limited contacts with parents, have to live with him in his married sisters house.
I am staying away from my husband from last 1 and half years believing that things will be fine with time. But it did�nt happened. What actions can I take. Please guide me
