Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
As salam o alikum.
Meri zoja mujh se alehdgi chahti hain aur meri 1 beti bhi hai 10 mah ki.
Meri zoja last 5 mah se apne ghar chali gai hain aur beti ko hi sath le gain aur us waqt se hamare darmiyan koi rabta nahi.
Agar is halat me alehdgi ho jae to main apni beti hasil ka sakta hun?

aap is stage per beti tu hasil nahi kar sakte kiun beti buhat choti hay. Haan magar aap court k order se beti se time to time mil sakte hain.
