Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam! Suppose a man already has a wife but she is not willing to live with her husband's parents who are old enough that they need someone to take care of them..... And if the husband provides expenses and a separate home to his first wife, can he get permission to do second marriage in this case to get someone to live with his parents or their home??

Is there any other way to get permission to do second marriage in this case?

you can get the permission as you have a valid ground that my parents are in their old age and I can't leave them and I have to look after them because according to law it's your duty to look them after and not your wife's

The order situation is that if you allege that your first wife is not able to fulfill your sexual desire as you are a powerful man and whenever you ask her for it she refuses on one pretext or the other.
