Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam!

My wife has filed a suit for her maintenance allowance on me... And I have filed a suit for Restitution of Conjugal rights on her (She is living in her parent's home)...

My wife said to me, when I recently approached her:

"Court cannot force her to live with me in case of conjugal rights case, even if I win it, but I'll have to pay her maintenance for life even if she refuses to come back and keeps on living with her parents in their home"

Is she right in this sense? Or I DO NOT have to pay her maintenance if she refuses to come back in conjugal rights case?

If she proves a just and valid reason, then you will have to pay her.

dear it depend on case facts and grounds .

if court decied the case in your favour then she is bound to join you otherwise she losses the maintenance right .

even the latest decisions of our courts she is not entitled of she left the house of husband without permission and living separately without any reason.
