salam

mere shaadi ko 10 saal ho chuke hain or mere husband mujhe ab divorce dena chahte hain ...

mere 3 kids hain bari beti 10 saal 2 beti 3 saal or beta sirf 1 saal ka hai

kiya bachche mere paas reh sakte hain asani se mujhe kiya karna chahye k bachchon ko mere husband saath na leker jayen

or ek baat wo mujhe divorce is liye dena chahte hain k kiun k shaadi se pehle mera ek affiar unk samne agaya hai...

kiya is wja se bachche mujhe door kiye ja sakte hain law kiya kehta hai is bare main please guide me

In case of divorce, you can retain the custody of the children. But if you fear that children can be snatched from you... You should immediately seek legal remedy.
