Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Salam!
Sir please I need detailed answers its a matter of my and my familys life. I was in love with a girl. But as I was still a student I couldn't commit her anything or marry her or take her home and she was supposed to live with her parents for quite a time. Later I found her to be a blackmailer. She insults and disobeys in whatever way she could. She threats me of her uncle that she have told him about this and I should ask my parents to take her home or she will sue me. I was soo much pressured that I married her in court. We had intercource twice in 2 months and the last time was 1 and a half months back. She is not pregnent. She still lives with her parents whom she claims don't know anything she regularly threat me like a slave she just never stop blackmailing me. I have failed my 2 semesters in this pressure
As I can't tell this to my parents now. I finally decided to divorce her but she and even friends of mine to whom I consult on this says even after I file for divorce she can sue me and file many many cases on me. Even nikah nama is original and I have a stamp paper stating she was bear handed and free of mind at the time on nikah
Please guide me with a proper way to file her divorce so she or her family can not put any false cases on me and help me through this hell

dear it depnds on the conditions of dower which is written in Nikah Nama . so if paid then its easy or its normal to pay so decide it once.

Two things she claim from you dower and maintinence and both are affordable for you the go ahead.
