Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi, I am Saralakshmi. I am into a serious situation and I want a immediate relief. Please be patient and read full to understand the clear picture.
I am 45 year old and I am married to Mr. Sitheesh 54 years old. We are having 2 children, one girl (22 years young) and one boy (14 years young). My girl child is about to finish her graduation in April 2015 and boy child is doing his 8th STD. From the very beginning of our marriage my husband has not given a moral support for me. He is working in Kuwait Oil Company. He used to visit India frequently. We also visit Kuwait at times. He is making lots of money but he has forgot the meaning of life. Whenever he comes to India he always wanted sex. Even if iam sick he forces me to do the same. This is happening for years and I kept mum thinking the future of my kids. But recently he tortured me so much that I came to the verge of suicide. I really don't wanna lead a life with him again. He is sexually harassing me inspite of my relatives and kids advise. If I am not doing what he wanted he suspects me with other men in and around the society. He often says I have to sleep with him as he is spending for me. I want to know the following,
1. Can I apply divorce? Will the court grant me justice/peace?
2. I want my kids with me, will it be granted from the court?
3. My father gifted him with 56 grams of gold which his mother took. Now I cant depend my family to grow my children. Will court grant me share from my husbands' assets for looking after my children?
4. I stay in Hosur, Tamilnadu. Can I file divorce case anywhere in Tamilnadu? If so what are the procedures?
I don't wanna depend my husband for anything again. If we are together it will result in my death. I want serious replies.

Dear client u can ask divorce on the ground of cruelty from husband. If u will put proofs of his cruelty before court then u will surely get divorce. Also u can ask good amount as one time alimony from husband. As yr daughter is above 18 years old so she will not get maintenance. But u can ask maintenance for u and boy.
