if there is not a single communication between husband and wife for more than 2 years. how much time does it takes to get divorced if thw girl is not willing to continue the rest of her life with so called husband and wants to marry as early as possible and whats the procedure?

Dear client if both husband and wife r ready for divorce then they can file mutual divorce and get divorce in six months. If one partner is not ready for divorce other has to file contested divorce and it will take 1 or 2 years. For any legal help call me
