Legal Question in Family Law in India

sir i applied for the divorce it went on for six months she mad a MCD and the same she with drawn last month.

She is working in a nationalized bank and last week she applied a counter claim objection

whether she is eligible for claims and all if she is working.

what will happens and i really liitle bit worried.
