sir i kept dvc on my in laws i 2013.now it is time for their cross.my husband applied for divorce in Nov 2014.y questions are

1. i heard that if wont attend on first day he will get x party in divorce ?is it true.

2.if i go on that day &tell; OK for divorce then divorce will turn in to mutual consent my husband will get divorce in 6 months?

please advice me what to do on first day of divorce proceeding?
