Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir this FIR is against me and my family lodged by my sister because she got court marry, when we went to meet her at high court , then she refused and shouted , and their lawyer made a video clip ,on behalf of this this FIR was lodged. so how long will it take to finish the case because i am preparing for SSC. IO is saying that he can remove arresting from charge sheet with exchange of some money. can removing of arresting saves my career. And what should i do at the time of police verification for govt. job. and how can we get rid of this case . It is a false case, so can i challenge this FIR to quash?

1) If it is a false case, dont worry. Contest thru an able lawyer.

Otherwise Police will intimidate u for bribe.

2) Ur appearing for SSC does not affect unless u r convicted.

3) If the charge-sheet has been filed, then disclose in the application

that the case is pending.
