Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir gt he main problem is that I dont have the proves tht he is an owner of tht bussiness if he denies and says in.court tht he is jst a worker on tht shop then how can I prove the things and.i have heard in that situation court fix max.3000 per child.as I.m getting right now which is not.at all enough fr a child's need pls.tell me wht should I do in this regard
