Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir

Husband filed divorce case. He is a private company employee. He is hiding his actual salary from family court and submitting again and again false salary slip in court . I filed in court to issue summon to his head of HR department for correct information , but judge is avoiding to issue summon to his office.

Q1�Will it be legally correct if I personally visit to the office of HR department to get his certified salary slip ?

OR

Q2--Should I send a registered a letter to his office to the office of HR department to get his certified salary slip ?

OR

Q3�Should I file RTI to get his actual certified salary slip ?

dear client forward RTI application to hr department and ask then to give his actual salary slip. if court is avoiding to issue summons then file appeal in higher court and ask to issue summons. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
