Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
sir i want to know if a husband once paid dower to his wife and after that he took all gold and put it in locker. after some years he divorce his wife and do not return that dower. what can a woman do?

yes wife is entitled to claim all dower from husband . even throgh court but its civil Latigation not family court.
