Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir,

Kindly tell me about conversion of religion. Husband-Wife are Hindu. Wife neither ready for divorce nor to live with husband. 2 years spared in the case. Court doing nothing. Section 9 HMA has also been failed.

Mainly, I want to know if husband changes his religion (Hindu to Christian) than what will happen. Can the relation between husband and wife remain the same. And what will wife do when she knew that husband has changed his religion.

What will be the legal problems?

spouse ceased to be a Hindu by conversion to another religion, the opposite spouse is entitled to file petition for divorce under section 13 (1) (ib) (ii) of Hindu Marriages Act
