Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I love a girl since four years but she was married forcefully but she still love me and left her husband's home.But again forcefully and lots of torture they send her again to husband's home but this time she didn't want to stay.
So please tell me what legal action I can take?
Please answer for this situation.

1) U both are committing criminal offence. Are u married? If yes, hv u divorced ur wife?

2) U may also be charged as abettor in making her to leave matrimonial home. Why r u after

that married girl inviting all danger and problems?

3) No legal action can be taken. She has to seek divorce if contested may take five years.

4) When u cannot marry be her marriage, why r u now thinking all such illegal acts.
