Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir I am married person(30 yrs). My marrried was 2013 Dec by arranged in presence of my family.my mother expired on 2010. After mother expired a middle age lady was working In my house.i was in my service(privatecompany) outside of house.my father always intentionally try to down to lady. I realize my father addicted to her.one day lady insulted my relative came to my house and I was rebuked her.my father don't speak any to her. After 2 month latter lady tell that due to her house problem she could not work so far.after she went there my wife doing home work but my father misbhaved with us and one day tell me you will separate.present I lived in 1st floor(2 storied building).separately.my father intention to out me from house and after out she call the lady.father did Land was in my mother name to save tax.my father build house. I will not get house share❓ Presently he realize surrounding people in wrong way that they will agree to out me.plz tell me what I will do.
