Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I want to marry a lady who is already married and having a child. Her husband is not agree to divorce her and she wants divorce. She is now suffering from mentaly torture. Kindly suggest me sir what I should do? Can we stay in live in relationship if she does not get divorced? I am not yet married.

2) Why r u after a married lady with child inviting all problems?
