Legal Question in Family Law in India

Sir, I want to marry a lady who is already married and having a child. Her husband is not agree to divorce her and she wants divorce. She is now suffering from mentaly torture. Kindly suggest me sir what I should do?

1) She has to file contested divorce. But on what grounds?

2) Are u married or single? If even single, u cannot marry unless she is divorced.

She has to first file divorce only then she can marry you else you both will be behind the bar/jail.
