Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

sir Plz help me.I want give divorce my wife,I have a boy of 1year my wife has wrong habits ,you can better understand, undoubtedly child is not mine.I can not brought him up.I want to divorce her but my adviser is being afraid me saying that,"A ishtam of 2 lac and gold of about 50000is written on Marriage certificate (nika nama),""I should face to pay both amounts." "Child's and wife's legal monthly amount also"
is it true??Sir please guide me I'm very confuse.May attempt suicide because I can't afford...
