Sir can you tell me after separation ,if husband is giving monthly amount to mother for betterment of children ,
Can judge give him permission to take the kids at home on Sunday or weekend?
Means can legally husband have right to take children at home on Sunday day ,if he is paying monthly to mother.?

yes. there will be schedule of meeting for bi monthly in most cases. initially in court meetings and than may be increased time of home visits etc on on normal visit days and on festivals, under bond
