Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir, My wife has left my place and is living with her parents. She has kept the custody of our son who is less than 9 years of age. Myself and my family have visited her parents house a number of times but she is not ready to return to my place. Please advise what is the legal position according to Shariah of the wife living at her parents place and the custody of the child.

she can not live there without ur permission, and u can not restrict her from visitation of hr parents.

file a case for restitution of conjugal rights and through court you can force your wife to live with you. Also file a case for the custody of son and by that way you will get the right to visit your child.
