You have two options the first is to settle the dispute amicably and go for divorce by mutual consent. you can also settle the amount of alimony and mention the same in compromise deed. the second option is to file a complaint in women cell for dowry harassment and and complaint under domestic violence act . you may also go for a petition for maintence.
